missing ingredient hidden sticker

the bar seemed understocked. i asked for a classic cocktail one evening, only to find they lacked a key ingredient then i wanted a cuba libre but alas no rum it seemed the bar staff could only offer excuses. also daily cleaning happened only if you begged for it they just had a tiny grey sticker hidden behind the tap it was not ideal

Mixed Experience. Issues with AC and Cleaning

switching ac insufficient cleaning

I found a couple of things irritating . The air conditioning kept turning off. It made sleeping difficult after a long night. I requested cleaning, but they only changed towels and made the beds. They did not replace the used coffee cups or replenish the coffee supplies. This was pretty annoying.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

ideal location quiet room clean room

The location is ideal. I found many bars and eateries just a short walk away. Even with a busy road nearby, my room remained surprisingly quiet. The room itself was clean (I certainly appreciated that).

The towels were replaced daily even when hanging on the hook.

The hotel is conveniently located near St Pauli subway station, offering easy access to the rest of the city. There is a supermarket nearby.

The staff were very friendly and polite (a characteristic I value highly). I appreciated that the staff were helpful. They brought extra blankets around 11 PM upon request, so it was super service.
